Shortly after technicians at this company worked on my computer, it was hijacked by a Virus/Program Cryptowall 2.0. That software hijacks your entire file (important files) and dyscryption instructions (ransom) is given to you to pay during given varios time frames (usually 1 week). If you don't pay, the virus/program will completely destroy your hard drive along with all the data. Even if you pay the ransome, you are not guaranteed to get a dyscryption code.
If anyone knows a cyber crime police to complain to, please do so or let me know about it (while I am investigating myself)
