I submitted an order for an iPhone 5S, 64 GB cell phone on 4/11/2014. The price was $423.00 and was paid via a direct withdrawal from my checking account. I understood the terms of the purchase disclaimer; orders can take up to 90+ days to fill because purchases are made in quantity to provide such a low price to the consumer.
On 7/18/2014 I requested an update on my order. The "90+" days had passed. I received a reply on 7/20 explaining that my "order is still being processed."
On 7/23 I submitted a request for a refund of my order, also understanding that the refund could take up to 30+ days.
On 9/26 I contacted Avobuy and asked where my refund was.
On 10/2 I received notice that my request for a refund update was received at Avobuy, and that they were "checking to see why you have not been refunded yet."
On 10/23 I contacted Avobuy again about my refund. As of today I have not heard back, nor received a refund.
All of this is by record of email between myself and Avobuy.
