I enrolled for a free trial membership. As I started looking around on the website I realized that I had tried them before and did not like it because the information given was vague. I immediately canceled my membership and a charge showed up in my account for 7.95 I wrote an email and asked them to return monies to my account. No response from them and no monies has been credited to my account
