Bill has the same story as the other reported from August. From Ireland, living In California. Never married, no family. Crude oil consultant ready to retire after on last job done that he won the bid on , in Nigeria. Would be back to my city in 2 weeks, with his black lab Scary. Emailed plane ticket info, then called, was in trouble w/ the law for taxes, could not access his money, needed to stay out of jail. Had an attorney, but all of the "officials" were crooked. I was a new widow, he took all of my husbands life insurance money. Last communication 10-15-2014. He was using the ebola situation to his advantage stating he had to be put in the hospital. His international phone 234-708-280-6001 has been disconnected. billy_patt@yahoo, not responding. He said everything I needed to here, and I did everything he asked. I was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago, and besides being pissed off, and brokenhearted, I am poor.
