Dear Sir?Madam,
This is one of the three messages I have sent to the company and not received a reply.

I wrote to you yesterday with quite a concern about my kitchen and have had no reply.
This is my third e-mail and about twenty phone calls.

I have telephoned about seven times today and not been put through to anyone who can help as usually after waiting 50 minutes I give up. I did speak to someone who said he would ring back but did not.

Problems outlined below:
Your kitchen designer Lee has measured the kitchen correctly than fitted units which are too large to fit into the kitchen.

No 4 on your plan) You have sent a 600 base unit which has no draws unless they are in bubble wrap.

No 7 on your plan) You have sent a 500 draw pack which has three draws in. This is supposed to be a normal draw pack.

There is no 1000 bridging wall unit unless this is wrapped up in bubble wrap.

There are two 500/600 larder units and no oven housing unit as ordered. I also needed a 500/500 fridge freezer unit and the designer knew this as my new integrated fridge was standing in the kitchen when he measured the kitchen.

I am paying a builder to put these units up and this mess with the wrong units is costing me money that I can't really afford.

What do I need:

1) 600 pan draw base cupboard
1) 300 ordinary draw cupboard
1) 300 wall cupboard to make the units fit the kitchen.
1) oven housing unit
So far I think that is all we would need to complete the job but have not unwrapped everything yet.

I would appreciate a quick response to this message. I am at a meeting all day in the morning but would like this solved asap.

One really angry customer who is going to end up taking this a lot further and making sure you get some appalling publicity if you not not rectify the mess of this order you have made.
