I try for last 4 months to pay out my money. First they blocked my computer IP number and then they reply to my ticket that in terms to unlock it need to give them all my personal details. Since then I'm sending and all teh time something is incorrect like e.g. my last 4 numbers of the card which I gave them to open account, or my mobile number is incorrect. Recently the IP blockage disappeared and it look like my username disappeared as well!!!! I tried to log into as usual even tried to reset my password and it says my email does not exist.
