ok my mom is low income and has had a government phone for over a year now . her phone would not keep a charge so she decided to buy a new one at 30.00 over the phone to reach out a rep named yang who said her phone would be there in 4 days ok .. in two days her current phone with over 5000 minutes stopped working we immediately called and was told that they deactivated that phone since she ordered a new one they stopped service on the phone she had so she needs a phone for medical reasons we told them to please turn that phone back on until the new one got here they did but the phone lost all!! minutes once we realized that i asked the rep norman he said no prob for a debit card we can add minutes .. i know crazy right but what happened to the 5000 minutes she had gone they said they were used up ... ok i figured well they must have put them on the new phone lets not panic yet 2 days later new phone arrives after waiting on hold for 30 mins they activate it with no minutes and explain to me that on nov 7th 250 will be added leaving my mother with no phone till then..... unacceptable then we were refused a supervisor and told to go to the local police dept to retrieve our records i cannot understand how minutes just vanish every month her minutes would roll over 500 a month now she can expect 250 on nov 7th we are not happy
