I have just found out that the so-called free sample i was expecting to get, has cost me nearly £80.00. They were only measnt to tske £2.95 out of my account but another amount of £80.00 was taken out. I contacted 0808 238 0206, an american customer service advisor, and I explained that i have been misled. I have been told that i have been set up to receive this product every month. I am worried sick that they start taking money out of my account, also I cant return the product even though they have an returns address for international in West Lothian in Scotland.
