I purchased a Panda anti-virus program for $39.99 on Sept 5, 2014
I have now been charged for a 2nd Panda Anti-virus program for $81.99 on Sept 26, 2014
The 39.99 program is the only one I want and I should have the 81.99 refund to my master card.
I have used Panda for many years but will not use it again next year due to this 2nd charge.
