I responded to an ebay advertisement to purchase a 12V 140W folding solar panel for camping use. I ordered and paid through paymate and I received a 12V 80W folding solar panel. After 3 weeks of trying to contact the seller via e-bay-sales and paymate I was eventually given the name of the seller as lhponline. I have requested this company to contact me to arrange the delivery of the item I ordered and paid for, however, after reading the numerous complaints about this company which go back several years, I hold little hope of ever getting any satisfaction.
