This company claimed to be associated with HP Tech Support, whom I called to get help with a wireless printer. They scammed me the same as every other comment on here - looking at the software activity on my computer. They now call all the time. Very inconvenient!
As well, recently (Oct 2014) I received a call from "Western Union Bank" stating that they needed access to my computer in order to refund the fee I paid to this company because these fraudulent folks are now in jail. "Western Union Bank" is now in charge of seeking all people that were harmed and returning the money. These are bad people at play here. BAD PEOPLE!
