I placed my order over a month ago. At the time of order, I was told that the item was in stock and please allow 10-12 business days to ship. After approximately two and one half weeks I began to call. Upon calling, you always are met by a voicemail and having to leave a message. After leaving four messages over four separate days, I finally received a call back from Joy who said it was shipping over a week ago but that she would call me back the same day to confirm. Never heard back. Tonight, I called while the show was on air, Direct TV channel 222, and the phone is answered by Joy. Her fix was to call Customer Service in the morning. I asked for a manager or supervisor. She could not accommodate that request. The vicious circle begins again. As an avid coin collector, I consistently order precious metals and coins from television vendors as well as large precious metal brokerages and from the internet and can say I have never had problems with any other company. Diamond Shopping TV is a SCAM!!!!!! They have left me no choice but to try and chargeback my credit card, cancel the order and hopefully retrieve my money. FRAUD!!!!!!
