I ordered a trial for $2.99 and never received it. I forgot about the product until on August 20th I was charged an additional $99.99. I never had the "trial" so how can I be charged for the full product. I emailed them several times at several different email addresses, but they didn't care. I have no phone number to call them at, but it wouldn't matter. They scammed me. They were hoping I would forget after not received the trial so they could then charge me full. I told them several times, how can I be charged for something I never received? They didn't care, they show it shipped. Well I'm quite sure it wouldn't be the first time in history something didn't get delivered properly. I just want my $99.99 back. I hate throwing away that amount for nothing in return.
