Bought 2011 MB ml350 in May of 2014. When purchasing we were promised to have a 2yr prepaid maintanence plan because that's what they were offering at the time. We were dealing with Andrew sales person he made many promises that they did not keep. The vehicle was supposed to be cleanined up and told us to come back next day but here was another surprise we came back next day and they told us they need EXTRA $3000 That we were not told or notified about. Ridiculous dealership. Resolution I need is they need to give us the prepaid maintenance plan as we were promised.
