This place has 0 customer support. ..a lady at a Kmart admittedly made a mistake on my wife's application....obvious right...i called the whynotlease ppl and I was just making my last payment. And I explained the story to the rep she agreed there should be some exception especially since the rep and manager said hay we'll let them know as well....accidents happen and it wasn't her fault...so all they had to say was denied.requested to speak to supervisor. Same...i emailed them...they had no explanation. Didn't even put my name.Far as I can see it was a copy and paste job because all it said was denial.not even stating they read the issue....I understand companies have procedures. I work for Sharp of all ppl.but when you refuse to even listen to the customer and have a copy paste response. That's a slap in the face.My wife was planning on getting on the program to buy our kids Christmas gifts and still keep a little change in our pocket.Because it's expensive.But to deny someone service that you provide to everyone else through no fault of their own just seems discriminating. Whynotleaseit glad I found you but if this is how your company operates you shall see me on the opposing picket line
