I purchased the Money Cards for a purchase on E-Bay. When the deal didn't go through, I tried to cash in my cards at their web site. When I scratched off the ID#s on the back of the cards and entered them @ the site, they said there was a $0.00 balance on my cards. I contacted the company by phone & they told me that if I filed a police report, they would tell the police what happened to my money. That was in July 15 and the police haven't been able to get any info. from them yet.
