ON THE 11TH SEPTEMBER AND 15TH SEPTEMBER £79 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FROM BOTH COMPANIES. I HAVE CALLED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THE PHONE JUST RANG. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND WRITTEN TO THEM OVER THREE TIMES. I AM WAITING ON MY REFUND. IF YOU YOU HAVE REQUESTED FOR A REFUND ITS BY TRADING STANDARDS LAW THAT YOU ARE PERMITTED A REFUND WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THEM TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT... SO LETS SEE
