My lap top was running slow, had something tell me that 30 drivers weren't installed, so I went on line to find free driver install soft were and came across driver support software... I called to buy the soft-were and spoke to an Indian person who got my details email address, and then logged on to my computer remotely. My computer was running great after being on the phone for 6 hrs then it crashed and would not restart and not open windows, they were trying to call me over and over again but I was very busy with work that I didn't answer. I had a friend look at it for me and he fixed it at a cost , new hard drive and all my info photos gone I'm not a big user of my computer or any for that matter because of situations like this, I've sent emails back to them asking for a refund, called and asked for it and been told that some one from billing would be calling me back with in 24 hrs but still nothing. I'm calling my bank and getting their fraud squad on to then to get my $$$$ back first thing in the morning
