My card was closed & informed I could not open any cards with them in the future based on account activity. I have used the card to pay my bills the same way for several years. Loading what the allowed limit is and never exceeding my daily limit. I have purchased money packs from RiteAid that when I attempted to load them onto my card they showed a zero balance. After contacting the customer service, I was required to fax them a copy of the MoneyPak cards front and back along with my receipt so they could verify that I indeed did purchase the cards. Took them 2 days to verify which caused me to not have any access to my money & unable to pay rent or bills! $1350 and the reason they gave me was that the clerk at RiteAid didn't properly input the transaction, but. I was the one that suffered.

Now I have had my account closed and they refuse to explain why! I haven't used the card other then to pay my bills, as I have for years! I have no idea If there has been identity theft and a much bigger criminal matter I need to be aware of or what is going on! They refuse to provide me with any information and the information I have access to online no where shows any improprieties with my transactions!

I have just set-up direct deposit and have my bills all using this card which creates an inability to get paid and an inability to pay my bills! They have created all these problems for me and give me no reason as to what the improper activity was and they are withholding information which may indicate a criminal matter! This can't possibly be legal and I certainly know it isn't just in any manner!
