Flex Seal made an unauthorized charge on My Visa account on 11/3/11. They had my credit card number because in August of 2011 I ordered a can of Flex Seal and they charged me $99.74. I called them and got a run-around saying that they had no record of the order. I made a complaint through WElls Fargo and they called Flex Seal who then said they would return my money in 90 days after I had returned the unopened box to them. In 90 days I was refunded the $97.94. Now that they have my credit card number they charged (for no reason) $97.94 on my account. This is a scam. I checked in August and found that Flex Seal had done this to over 600 people. $97.94 X 600 plus people is over $60,000,00 that they are taking from their victims and using the money (interest free) for 90 days while the victims are paying interest on their credit cards. These people should be prosecuted.

Phil Swift and Alan Swift market the product Flex Seal under their company: Swift Response. They list their address as PO Box 8205, Van Nuys, CA 91409 when they advertise in CA, but here is the address of their corporation and their phone number. I suggest you call them directly about your problem. If you get no response, you can try suing them in small claims court because this is fraud. ?I also suggest you make a big stink about them and their company all over the internet, so they are tempted to respond to you. Write bad reviews of them and their product, where ever and whenever you can. Be sure to use their names. Anyone with a legitimate company will not want that much bad info on the internet. Also call the TV stations. Let them see how many people have been scammed. Call the TV station that airs their commercials. The more people who do this, the more likely you are to get a response and possibly a refund. Good luck.?
