i purchased chanel sunglass. it was delived promptly with a cash on delivery. it broke within the first 3 - 5 days of wearing. when taken to the optical store to repair they confirmed it was a fake and repair is not possible. i have been emailing then but no reply. they also have an australia address along with uk no. however, no one ever answers this no.
