On August 22, 2011 I ordered one can of Flex Seal using my credit card. On August 24 I found that they had charged my Visa account $99.74. When I called the customer service I was give a run-around saying that they had no knowledge of my order. I called my bank, Wells Fargo, and they made a call to Flex Seal who said that "if I sent the Flex Seal back in an unopened package they would return my money in 90 days." I received the refund after 90 days. On November 3, 2011 I checked my online banking and found that they had charged my Visa card $99.74 for nothing. I did not order from them and would not, ever, do business with Flex Seal again. I called the customer service and got the same run-around again. The representative said he was unaware of the charge.
This is a scam. I checked on Google in August and saw that Flex Seal had done the same thing to over 600 people. $99.74 X 600+ is over $60,000.00 that they are using of their victims money for 90 days. I would join with others in charges against them.

  • Phil Swift and Alan Swift market the product Flex Seal under their company: Swift Response. They list their address as PO Box 8205, Van Nuys, CA 91409 when they advertise in CA, but here is the address of their corporation and their phone number. I suggest you call them directly about your problem. If you get no response, you can try suing them in small claims court because this is fraud. ?I also suggest you make a big stink about them and their company all over the internet, so they are tempted to respond to you. Write bad reviews of them and their product, where ever and whenever you can. Be sure to use their names. Anyone with a legitimate company will not want that much bad info on the internet. Also call the TV stations. Let them see how many people have been scammed. Call the TV station that airs their commercials. The more people who do this, the more likely you are to get a response and possibly a refund. Good luck.?
