Purchased a voucher through dealfind for carpet cleaning services that cost only $29 in early August, and GTA is part of the area that they cover. No one ever answered the calls so the only way to book an appointment is through their website http://everfreshcleaning.com. Entered info and a couple days later they emailed back confirmed for a day in mid September. It was a long wait as my dog got the carpet really dirty. Their email said the cleaner would contact me the night before the appointment day, however no email or call was received and no one even showed up that day. I took a day off (worth $220) for carpet cleaning but it was just like a joke, they didnt even notice you that no one is coming. Sent an angry email to them and got a reply (again, it took a few days) suggesting another day for the service. So I agreed and took another day off, once again no one showed up or contacted me. It was clearly a fraud, these guys just collect money through dealfind and never perform any work.
