I WAS A SUBSCRIBER TO DIRECTV AND HAD A PROBLEM WITH FAULTY EQUIPMENT. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY 4 TIMES AND REQUESTED A SERVICE TECH TO COME AN CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW EQUIPMENT, BUT I REFUSED. I CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND PLACED THEIR RECEIVER IN A BOX FOR RETURN TO THE COMPANY. I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR 1 MONTH OF FAULTY SERVICE PLUS A $400.00 EARLY CANCELLATION FEE. MANY TIMES I TOLD THEM BY MAIL , email , AND PHONE THAT I REFUSED TO PAY FOR FAULTY SERVICE OR $400.00 FEE, AND REFUSED TO SEND THE EQUIPMENT BACK UNTIL I GET AN INVOICE SHOWING A ZERO BALANCE ." INDIRECTV " IS GUILTY OF NON PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT .
