Fraudulent company!!! I ordered a pair of purple Lelli Kelly Suede Boots Oct. 15, 2011. I located the company through The Find and the company was listed as being based in Goshen, IN. I was immediately sent a confirmation e-mail saying boots would be mailed next business day. However, when I had not received the boots by 10/26/2011 I attempted to contact the company. When I attempted a live chat I received a message saying someone would contact me. I sent an email to the link on my order confirmation but, once again received no response. Upon further investigation I found the company address as Guangzhous, China. I called Paypal to file a complaint saying I had not received my merchandise 10/26/11. Oct. 27/2011 Fashion Shoes Mall sent a tracking number to Paypal so I was told I had to wait for the package to arrive. The tracking number said was mailed by Li Fenglian; email [email protected]. When I tried to track the package via USPS said was mailed from China. The package arrived Nov. 04, 2011 but inside instead of boots there was a poor quality Snoopy shopping bag (the reusuable kind you would take to a grocery store for groceries). I once again called Paypal to change the status of my complaint to not receiving advertised merchandise. I was afraid I would have to mail bag back to China and wait for them to receive it but Paypal decided to refund my money. Do not order through this company!
