They charged for two products and when I called back they said I should have cancelled the trial. When I order the products, it was from a different website and it never stated this. When I called the company they said they can't give me a refund because it has been shipped. So I cancelled the product and they said the will lower the price for me, not what I wanted. Long story short, I won't be receiving a refund.
