Paid2refer claims to be a secured, work from home website, that pays out via Paypal, but after time is spent earning, you are then directed through a list of surveys to "verify" that you aren't an automated bot. At the end of the surveys, you are then directed to a college loan site and dead end, with no "verification completed", and no payout.
