I received this "FINAL NOTICE" in the mail stating in the description that our company has not complied to some state mandated codes about posting recent state findings in regards to labor laws for employees to see.

1) We don't have, nor have we reported, having any employees at this time.
2) When I skimmed through the gray print on the back of the notice it says that the California Labor Compliance Bureau is requiring that we post this information/flyer that they are sending by November 14, 2011.
3) I haven't received any posters or flyers
4) Why are we being sent a "FINAL NOTICE" stating that we need to pay as soon as possible when the date to comply is not even passed yet?

I'm not paying.
