I was referred to this company for purchasing an ARMA 3 server, paying monthly enabled paypal monthly subscription. However, after filling out the necessary information and paying via Paypal, I was not sent any control panel information (Login, Password, Game Server Staus). I contacted GamePlayServers.Com via Email but all I got was their mail server is down. I then contacted one of the employee's via Steam and he told me to submit a ticket after I explained that I couldn't since a ticket requires me to login and I have no login information. Later on the employee told me they were no longer going to offer ARMA 3 servers, however, tried to bribe me into purchasing a VPS through them for more in cost and be able to manage my ARMA 3 server via there. The problem with a VPS is I would have to do the updating and configuring myself, where as normal game servers are taken care for all that. I refused the VPS option, and was told on steam to request a refund on paypal. So I did, and the owner of paypal cancelled my request for refund right after. I resubmitted it again, but no luck in getting my long awaited server or refund. I mean, its only $10, but it was a month to month deal. If I never forced the paypal subscription to cancel, they'd be billing me monthly for something I never gotten. The responses, support, and availability are all of that of disrespectful representatives. Trying to take more money from me for a VPS option and still not giving anything. Their email servers are still down to this day and they have not done a thing about it. I assume anyone purchasing a game/voice server via them would be all scammed as a result.
