We have canceled your change of address and have now processed a refund
back to your card. Please give the refund up to 3-5 business days for it to
appear on your credit card statement. It will show up as a credit for the
same amount you were originally debited for.

We put in a change of address on July 19, 2014. I paid $19.95 to have my
mail forwarded to my new address, only to hear from every one, all our mail
was returned not forwarded. I would like a refund of the monies I paid for
a service I did not receive.

Josh apparently closed this request (23981) without explaining why the service was not performed...I am not pleased and am damn right upset. It appears that this issue need escalation and further investigation - It is by no means RESOLVED and CLOSED.

We missed several bills that we found out were returned to the vendors (phone company) without being forwarded... this cost us late fees and in one case, almost prevented us from continuing our Heath Coverage. We had taken the time to notify many of our bill holders separately through there websites and placed a change of address with them...but.... Their systems are also somewhat of a challenge. We have no assurance that all correspondence that need to be, was forwarded to our new address. We paid for and did not receive the service - and now that the cat is out of the bag... you want to try a difference bag. We may not have got all our mail !!!!!.

That is the reason we signed up and paid for this mail forewarning service to begin with.We have no way of knowing if something else slipped through the crack that was caused by your company's inability to perform the agreed to service.... I want to know why you failed to forward our mail.!!!!

It is inexcusable, this is a violation of our agreement and by refunding the monies (paid in good faith - and not performing the service), you should not be allowed to close this request without first checking that it was adequately addressed. It has not been adequately addressed.

Please respond with why this happened and what further actions you intend to do about it....I want an explanation !!!
