I ordered a free sample of Lumisse and it never came, yet I was shocked when I checked my online bank account for my daily investigation only to find that they had gone and charged me for the full price and the trial time was no where up. I called to cancel but a representative said she would send out another bottle, which never showed up. I called to cancel and demand my money back, but when I clicked the number to cancel, it hung up on me. I called back, but it only said I had cancelled my order and hung up on me again. No other options. I tried again, same thing.
I've been searching for an alternate number for weeks, but ever link I click on brings me to their free trail site with no number!!
I want my money returned. They literally stole from me.
They have broken the law. I am seeking justice.
