We hired Brunckhorst Brothers to do some landscaping needed in our yard in the Spring. The project was finished in April. Upon completion, we had issues with our grass not growing in areas where heavy machinery had torn it up. Also, the large amount of mulch needed for my yard lost all of it's color within 2 weeks?! This was not what was discussed between us and the owner, Canyon Brunckhorst. When we attempted to contact him with our dissatisfaction of the service, he stated he would be back to correct some of these issues. When he failed to return our calls, we finished the job ourselves. We are extremely disappointed, not to mention another $300 in debt on top of what we already paid Canyon to complete the job. He lacks professionalism and has taken no steps to rectify the situation. I would hate to see anyone else experience the difficulties we have!
