ON JUNE 4 , 2014 , MY WIFE MARIANA AND I WENT TO A MONTELONGO SEMINAR AT A HOTEL NEAR FT. LAUDERDALE,FLORIDA.WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, SHE PAID $1497.00 FOR A 3 DAY SEMINAR.I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT WE COULD NOT PERFORM THE DEAL,SINCE I AM HANDICAPPED AND HAVE NO CAR.
I CALLED THE COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH JORDAN, TOLD HIM THE SITUATION,SENT PROOF OF MY DISABILITY,AND HE AGREED THE COMPANY WOULD REFUND THE $1497.00
MELODY GONZALEZ OF MONTELONGO CHARGEBACK DEPT. SENT A LETTER OF DENIAL AND DISPUTE TO CITI BANK. MARIANA PAID OFF THE CREDIT CARD BALANCE AND CLOSED THE CARD.THE CHARGEBACK DEPT. STILL PERSISTS IN CHARGING MARIANA'S CITI BANK CARD, AND CLAIMS THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY LETTER OF EXPLANATION AND REQUEST FOR REFUND. THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS ON SCAMBOOK, RIPOFF REPORT, CONSUMER AFFAIRS.ARMANDO MONTELONGO IS A FRAUD, SCAM,AND RIPPOFF.
