I gave Albert $2,000 to start up a shaved ice franchise. It's been a month that he has not opened up the franchise. Every time I asked him he gives me the run around. He is a con artist taking credit in other people's business too. I want to catch him and help people that are looking for him stop him as well. I know where he lives and his schedule. Please I need all the help I can get.
