Exactly like the other complaint that is listed on Scambook. The company is very unprofessional and not frank and direct. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Giftcardrescue is not willing to work with the customer. They are not considerate.
I mailed in my cards and had a long time for them to respond. I was told my cards did not arrive when the post office did. So I opened a case with the USPS.
They did not pay out as promised on the cards I sent. Then I am stuck with the bill for them to ship my cards back. Just a horrible experience dealing with them overall.
Go to giftcards.com or to raise.com. They have better service and support
The worse part about all this is the company was on SharkTank and appears to be a legitimate company. They are a scam. Buyer Beware!
