We hired Verity Movers to pack and move our household from NYC to Florida. Two packers came on 8/18 and packed everything in sight. When the shipment arrived at our new home, close to 100 boxes were stacked in our living room. It took us weeks to unpack the boxes. As we unpacked the boxes we found items missing and important pieces damaged. Really good quality antique furniture was damaged. Verity assumes no responsibility because the boxes were not unpacked by them. The insurance that we bought from them was totally meaningless because the damage and loss was not identified at the time the delivery was made.
