I won a watch as a PRIZE in a survey made by JCPENNY. I ordered the watch for $0 and $5.99 for shiping and handling. I never agreed to a membership program of $95.00 after 2 weeks of that purchase. Why someone need a membership from a watch company. Nowhere on their website it is mentioned. Even the watch they sent me is not my choice. I just kept is thinking that I paid $6.00 for a watch. The cost of that watch may not be more than few bucks.
This is a big scam. Now they say we have written that in the terms. I did not mean to get the membership.
Really stupid people.
