Charles Hendricks called me at 7:19 AM saying he was from the Department of Legal Affairs US Treasury saying I was going to be arrested for not paying my taxes properly and that I had to contact Rick Brown within 45 minutes at 310-362-5540. He said the IRS has been trying to contact me. I haven't received anything. Saw this happened a year ago from the 367 area code.
