These people took £19 to prepare a code to unlock a phone. After some weeks they sent an email stating the unlock was ready and payment of £31 would get the phone unlocked.
Promptly paid the £31 for my friend and 3 weeks letter an email came through saying they could not deliver the code. The email stated they would not refund any part of the money as they had spent time preparing the code. However it further went to state that the payment could be used as credit towards future services from them.
Their explanation of why they could not unlock the phone is technology Mambo jambo.
This was followed by another email the following day asking for £99 to unlock the phone! As far as I can tell they are licensed thieves they should be stopped scamming people!
