On August 6th I sent out a request for quotations through ALIBABA.com to buy some LED lighting. On August 8th I received an email with a quote for the light I was looking for. I ordered 14 lights for a total price of $1,300.00, and had an in-depth email conversation with Alexis regarding the units. I wired the money via Western Union. The money was picked up by RUI SUN at the WU office on the 13th of August. He needed a picture ID and the MTCN# which is: 1248071003. After pick up, I wrote to the company numerous times, and haven't received any response whatsoever. I later looked up their website and information, and discovered that this company has engaged in defrauding a number of people. It looks like the company works under a number of aliases.
