NB: I DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH THIS COMPANY TRIED TO TAKE FROM ME?!
They are e-mailing me about my credit card declining but I don't know how they got my personal details. I have asked them how and what the product was supposed to have been and they are not answering. Also, they say I ordered it in September THIS YEAR! I think they're a SCAM so do I have to go and cancel my credit card now? I want them to confirm in writing that they have cancelled my order but I'm hearing nothing back. Please help.
