Had the message by text and a month later i had a bill of outside og allowance 100 pounds from Safari mobile ( Switchfire )and How can the system allowed to charge us(payfor it)that you have never requested from this service!
I reported to Phonepay plus but they are saying lack of evidence they can not do anything. I would said how can you charge that even authorized the service. I would like to know this where do i go from here?
