I signed up for the website under a 14 day trial period for $3.95. It is a secret shopper website to send you out to restaurants and retail businesses and evaluate the service you receive for the businesses benefit. I was completely aware that after the 14 days they were supposed to start charging me $49.95 a month but if I was not content with the service I did not have to sign up for the monthly fee. I was not content with the service whatsoever, as I got nothing out of it, and had the intention of ending my service. 6 days after signing up for it I had a charge of $49.95 from my bank account. I let this one slide and I cancelled my account immediately. 6 days later I had another $49.95 charge in my account. I called them and they said I had not cancelled my store account, only my shopping account, although I never signed up for a store account and they never notified me about being signed up for this. Regardless of whether or not I was signed up for this, in the 2 weeks I was supposed to get for $3.95 I ended up paying $103.85. When signing up, they said I was to get a 2 week trial period, and on the website, it is still clearly stated that everyone who registers receives a 14 day trial. The customer service is completely pointless in this company as it is designed to run you around in circles, accomplishing nothing and no one ever seems to have an answer to why these charges are coming about.
