On May 23/11, I ordered the 32GB iPhone 4 and the Xbox 360 game system - receipt #5047-9806-3177-7734. My bank account was charged $40.15 Canadian on May 25/11. I was informed my order would take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

On July 10/11 at 8:32 pm, I sent an email to iFree indicating its been more that 4-6 weeks and asked them when I can expect my order.

I received a reply on July 10/11 at 11:38 pm, which said "Thank you again for joining iFree Club. The approximate shipping date is the week of July 25th to July 29th. We will contact then when your order ships" and was signed by James Clarkson, Customer Service Representative, iFree Club.

On July 11/11 at 10:08 am, I replied with "Thanx for the update. Can you please confirm what 2 items you are shipping me? I'm not sure if my order went thru correctly."

I received a reply on July 11/11 at 11:14 am which said "If you provide us with the names of the two items you're interested in, I'll look through the records and double check what you selected to make sure that everything is in order." and was signed again by James Clarkson, Customer Service Representative, iFree Club.

On July 13/11 at 3:41 pm, I replied with "Hello again ! I had chosen the XBox 360 and the 32GB iPhone 4 (if possible I'd like to trade the iPhone for the Sharp 46" 3D HD LCD TV). Thanx for your help !"

I received a replay on July 13/11 at 10:27 am which said "At this point, your selection CANNOT be changed" and was signed again by James Clarkson, Customer Service Representative, iFree Club.

On Aug 6/11 at 5:03 pm, I sent a message back saying "Hi James! It's now Aug 6/11 - I still have no received my order - do we have a new shipping date ??"

I received a replay on Aug 6/11 at 7:51 pm saying "Your order was shipped yesterday. We use standard shipping, which can take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. On that note, we've had customers receive their orders as quickly as 1 business day, and in a few cases some customers do not receive their order for 10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Business days are MONDAY TO FRIDAY." and signed once again by James Clarkson, Customer Service Representative, iFree Club.

On Aug 31/11 at 5:55 pm, I sent another message "Hi James ! Well it's been 18 business days and I still have not received my order. Please send me an update as to what is happening. Thanx for your help !"

I received a reply on Aug 31/11 at 10:43 pm which said " We're pleased to inform you that your order has been approved. To access the ifFree Club Guide that you purchased, to use www.ifreeclub.com and enter the following NEW account information into the "members login" area. (a new username and password were provided). PLEASE NOTE: If you're having problems accessing the Guide, try COPYING AND PASTING the above information into the "username" and "password" fields. Please also note that the above "0" in the username is a ZERO and NOT the letter "O". Please use the above iFree Club Guide to obtain your free products. Thank you again, and we hope you enjoy your free products." and this time signed by The iFree Club Team.

On Sept 1/11 at 8:35 am I sent a message stating "You are really confusing me. On Aug 6/11 you told me my order was shipped "yesterday" and would arrive in "1-10" business days. Now, are you trying to tell me I have to re-order when you're "please to inform you that your order has been approved" ?? Was my order shipped on Aug 5/11 or not?? What happened to my shipment ?? Please explain."

On Sept 5/11 at 6:39 pm I sent another message stating "2nd request - I'm still waiting for a response re: my email below sent to you on Sept 1/11. An answer would be greatly appreciated."

On Sept 12/11 at 8:42 am I sent another message "As you have NOT delivered my order as you said you would, kindly return my $40.15."

I have tried emailing them again but the email address is no longer valid and now their website is gone. To date I have not received any of my money back from them.

I even sent an email to Frostwire asking them if they "are really joined at the hip with the rip-off company called iFree Club? I never got a response from them either.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
