I placed an online order in the above amount. Around June 22, 2014 I e-mailed Pine Cone Press to see when my order had shipped. I got a response on 6-28, that said they had been at a trade show the previous weekend, and would ship my order out by the end of that week. I told them to cancel the order, and refund my money. They said they would process it thru QBaroo, and I should receive it in 3-7 business days. Today is August 7, 2014. After repeated emails, numerous phone calls, and complaints filed with BBB and the Attorney General's office, I still gotten no response. I am not willing just to let this go. (I checked with QBaroo, and they are only the "web site host", and have nothing to do with Pine Cone Press's business dealings).
