Thank you for your message.

Your subscription started on the 14.06.2014 for 1 month, with automatic renewal.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, any subscription is renewed for the same duration if the customer does not express his/her wish to cancel his/her subscription before the end of the notice period.

You must inform us you wish to cancel your Premium Membership at the latest 24 hours before the date of your subscription renewal.

Please note that my colleague informed you on the 10.07.2014 that your subscription was coming up for renewal.

Unfortunately, your cancellation request did not reach us within the contractual time frame, and your subscription has therefore been automatically renewed. I hope you understand that we cannot make any exceptions to these rules, which are accepted by the entirety of our community.

I therefore cannot grant your request to be refunded but I can confirm the cancellation of the renewal of your current membership, which will now end on the 14.08.2014. This means your subscription will not automatically renew itself and no further payments will be taken.

Of course, you can still use the advantages of your Premium Membership up until the end date.
