Charged seventy two dollars for product returned. Need to cancel direct debit against future payments, cant seem to find contact details to do so and it seems there are many complaints from other people with the same problems and concerns. What do I have to do to stop this from going any further without taking legal action. $72.00 AT THIS POINT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.
