Added focal-shop on skype? Talked with someone named Susan? I did and placed an order and transfer money via Western Union. They said I would get tracking numbers to DHL 4 hours after payment was accepted. Guess what? I never got tracking numbers and when i tried to contact this so called "Susan" again i never got any reply. The company is fake, never transfer money if you haven't got tracking numbers first and checked the company. This is 100% FRAUD!
