I recently applied to the company for the interest in a loan but however did NOT take ANY loan and your company has taken a fee from my account. I was under the impression that the details I was given you concerning my account was monies going into my account and there for I was not aware you were going to be taken all my funds out please can you help put the money you have taken back into my account.
