Recurring bills to credit cards after accepting "free" sample. When I called to dispute, Kaitlin and her supervisor Melissa were rude, only citing what they said were the terms. However, when I went to the website where Melissa said the terms were, there was nothing in that space. Maybe iPads don't have the whole site? When I said there was nothing there, Melissa sarcastically said 'have a really nice day' in preparation of hanging up. I said something very rude and called them frauds.
